Shipping

All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3-4 business days to receive a tracking number. Pease allow 3-4 weeks for all pre-orders to be packed and shipped. Feel free to leave us a comment or feedback in the notes section of your order.

Please email customer service at Anthony@stillandstormprints.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

IF THE ADDRESS provided cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact the customer via the EMAIL GIVEN AT CHECKOUT! If there is no response from the customer after 10 business days and two notification emails have been sent, the package will be shipped to the address provided and the customer assumes all responsibility. PLEASE take the time to enter in your information correctly and carefully! It is VERY important and will minimize stress for all parties!

OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

All Domestic orders placed with Wear the Ocean will be given a tracking number and courier contact information.

 

OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 BUSINESS DAYS)

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 20-30 business days during certain times of the year.

*By placing an order with Wear the Ocean, the customer acknowledges and accepts ALL responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to Wear the Ocean during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.

RETURNS

YOU HAVE 30 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DATE YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  Your items must be accompanied with the receipt of proof of purchase.  The customer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately to ensure the items are not damaged during shipping.  

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM(S), WE WILL INSPECT THEM AND NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM(S) AND THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days of processing, depending of you card issuer's policies.

*All customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping cost for returned items.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the original payment amount.
